    【主要学术成就】

    刘晓明(1980- ),入选国家重大人才工程(青年项目),教育部“课程思政教学名师及教学团队成员”,第十二届中国金属学会“冶金青年科技奖”,第四届中国有色金属学会“创新争先计划”,艾斯维尔“World top 2% scientists”。一直从事工业固废/危废资源化高效利用的研究与应用工作,包括有色/钢铁冶炼渣尘、煤基固废、工业副产石膏、尾矿、垃圾焚烧飞灰等固废的材料化利用,固废中有价元素的提取利用。先后承担国家、省部级和企业科研项目60余项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文120余篇,其中ESI高被引4篇,已授权国家发明专利31件,以第一完成人获国家一级协会/学会科技进步奖3项(含一等奖1项)。兼任中国硅酸盐学会理事,中国硅酸盐学会固废分会常务理事、青年委员会主任委员,中国建筑学会建材分会理事,《Green Energy and Resources》和《Materials》期刊编委,《IJMMM》、《J Iron Steel Res Int》和《工程科学学报》期刊青年编委。

    主编出版教材《冶金固废材料化利用》,承担省部级教改项目2项,获北京市公司产品成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项,“北京高校优秀本科育人团队”成员。先后指导博士生10名、硕士生29名,所指导的研究生先后荣获北京市三好员工、北京市优秀毕业生、“董事长奖章”、校“十佳学术之星”(2人次)、全国老员工冶金科技竞赛特等奖(3项)、校优秀硕士/博士论文(3人次)等荣誉。
